The counselor of Presidency, Pedro Rivera, delivered today a new vehicle to the Association of Volunteers of Civil Protection of the Valley of Ricote, that renders his services in the municipalities of Blanca, Villanueva of the Segura River, Ricote, Ulea and Ojós.
In the event, attended by the mayors of Blanca, Ricote and Ulea, Rivera said that "security, in all its facets, is a priority for the regional government, and that is why we promote the improvement of the resources necessary to provide better service and greater protection for the 12,000 inhabitants of these five municipalities. "
The counselor thanked the members of Civil Protection for their efforts, and for all those who, like the firemen or the local police, "watch every day of the year so that the neighbors feel safe, and intervene promptly and efficiently every time that a situation requires it. "
