Mr. RAFAEL GUILLAMÓN MORENO, Mayor President of the City Council of Ricote, attesting Mr. José Luis Gómez Moreno, Accidental Secretary-Auditor, dictates the following resolution with number and date set aside:

For personal reasons I have to leave a few days and this will prevent me from attending my duties as Mayor.

In view of what is established by the local regime legislation that the deputy mayors replace the latter in cases of absence, vacancy or illness.

And this in accordance with article 23.3 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulator of the Bases of the Local Regime;

Article 46 of Royal Decree 2568/1986, of November 28, which approves the Regulation of Organization, Operation and Legal Regime of Local Entities.

Therefore, it is appropriate to appoint the first Deputy Mayor of the Corporation, Mr. Belén Molina Miñano, to replace me in all my duties as Mayor, in accordance with the provisions of article 47 of the ROF.

Such designation will be from February 5, 2020, until my incorporation into the functions of the Mayor's Office.

For all this, I RESOLVE:

FIRST.- To appoint the first Deputy Mayor, Mrs. Molina, to replace me in my duties as Mayor, during my absence and from February 5, 2020 until my incorporation.

SECOND.- Publish this resolution in the BORM, in accordance with the provisions of article 44.2 of the ROF.
