"PERSONAL TRAINING OF THE RICOTE CITY COUNCIL"Last Wednesday September 23rd, on the occasion of the future implementation of the Municipal Equality Plan, training took place on equality for all the personnel that make up the City Council's workforce.The main function of this training is to sensitize the technical and political staff of the different areas of the Ricote City Council on gender equality; at the same time as putting in place an action plan that allows incorporating the gender perspective in these work areas.They were very participatory and enjoyable days as well as instructive.
