The Governing Council has approved a grant of 6,454 euros to the City of Ricote intended to complete the equipment and layout of the day center for seniors in this town, which has 50 seats.

The purpose of this grant from the Ministry of Social Policy, Women and Migration is assisting older persons in situations of dependency that there are physical and psychological care during the day.

The work carried out in day care centers are designed to meet the needs presented by service users and also promotes and enhances individual autonomy of older people.
