The Ministry of Public Works and Planning, through the Directorate General of Housing and Architecture, will conduct the rehabilitation of the historic center of Ricote through the recovery of the facades, roofs and street medians and San Sebastián Plaza Two areas of special architectural interest that include the traditional style of its buildings.
The general director of Housing and Architecture, Nogueroles Marcos said that "these two projects, which respond to the request made by the Council of the Autonomous Community Ricote, the Ministry of Public Works and Planning continues with interventions underway in the historic center of town since 2004 and aimed at recovering the town's architectural heritage through the rehabilitation and adaptation of urban spaces and built. The Ministry of Public Works and Planning will fund 75 percent of the action, which has a total budget of 45,892 euros, while the City of Ricote contribute 25 per cent.
Recovery of the original identity of the real estate
